Returns

We want your order to be perfect for you so please contact us if you have a problem or query relating to your piece.

I offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 30 days of purchase. If you received a piece of jewellery as a gift I am happy to exchange it for something else within the 30 day timeframe.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the labels included. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to offer an exchange/refund on earrings 

To return your product, you should post/courier your product to: 

KellyMarie Jewellery Design, 48 Green Street, Dingle County Kerry, V92 DEC1

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost these will be replaced or refunded.

Note:  There is no return on specially commissioned pieces unless the error is on our part.  KellyMarie gift cards are also non - returnable

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KellyMarie Jewellery Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
