Shipping policy

Every KellyMarie piece is made from her workshop in Dingle and will be shipped to you via An Post delivery.  After receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Standard & registered post options are available, you can choose your preference at the checkout. Standard post is only available within Ireland & mainland Europe.  We recommend using registered post as standard post is not tracked.

Ireland: Standard Post  €3.80  Registered with tracking: €8.20

UK: Registered with tracking:  €12.50

Europe: Standard Post: €9.90 Registered with tracking: €13.00

US & Rest of World: Registered with tracking €18.00

You will receive a tracking number for your parcel with the registered post option.

All orders are processed within 3 – 5  business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  For commissioned pieces please allow 10 – 15 working days.

For orders within Ireland and the rest of Europe, there are no import charges.  For the rest of the world, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes incurred once a parcel reaches your destination country. KellyMarie Jewellery Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kellymarie.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
